Vision Coaching is a one-on-one personalized experience. Expect to experience an increased bottom line, increased self-awareness, and better quality of life. We create a partnership that is clear of the past. Through a deliberate questioning process, a professionally trained coach draws from your knowledge and experience how to realize these goals. Goals are crystallized and prioritized. When working with a Vision Coach, extensive training, education, experience and ongoing accreditations is a must. There is clear commitment to Ethics and Regulation as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My responsibility as your coach is to listen, be a sounding board, bring laser focus to brain storming and idea generation, to champion your path and give you new tools to reach your goals faster. All of our time and energy falls into four areas. I visualize them as four spheres all of which are interrelated: Self, Family, Career and Community. Focusing on any one sphere necessariy diminishes the attention you can give to the others. Through a proven process of questioning and discussion based on the four-sphere matrix, we are able to isolate the factors that are holding us back professionally as well as personally. Understanding that focus on any one sphere impacts the others is the first step in actualizing an action plan specific to your goals. There is no right and wrong decision. There is only a clear understanding of A) What your goals are B) Where are you making trade-offs and have you communicated with everyone who may be affected by your choices and C) Are you at peace with your decisions and trade-offs? This peace is the only way to be aligned with your goals and free to give your complete attention and energy to their attainment.
